This means:

Zone 1 – UK Mainland

Delivery Methods:

  • Orders up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail
  • Orders over 2kg are sent via APC

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Royal Mail: 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • APC: Next working day delivery after dispatch

Zone 2 – Northern Ireland

  • ALL ITEMS - FREE DELIVERY

Delivery Methods:

  • Orders up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail
  • Orders over 2kg are sent via DPD

  • Up to 5 working days after dispatch

Zone 3 – Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Islands & Scilly Isles

Delivery Methods:

  • Orders up to 2kg (Highlands): Royal Mail
  • Orders over 2kg (Highlands): APC
  • Channel Islands: DHL

Some larger items (such as furniture) may be shipped via pallet delivery.
