Returns Window
You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be returned within a further 14 days
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions.
Important:
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items.
For larger or heavier items (including courier or pallet deliveries), return shipping costs may be significantly higher and remain the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use or damage, in line with applicable consumer law.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs as evidence.
In these cases:
- We will cover return shipping costs
- You will be offered a replacement or a full refund
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (such as food items)
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom or personalised items
Responsibility During Return
Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
