Return Policy:

If upon receipt of your order you are not completely delighted, please return the item, WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT, for a full price refund, exchange or store credit, according to customer’s request.If you wish to return an item, please contact us by e-mail   or by Fax at 305-858-3139 to request a return authorization number. Please provide us with the item number and reason for return.  All returned items must be in their original condition with packing slip (or information of item) and boxed properly in order to prevent breakage while in transit.If the reason for your return is due to an error on our part or because the item arrived damaged, please notify us immediately and we will gladly correct the problem by replacing or exchanging the item, store credit or a full refund (including shipping costs). Any returns made after the 15 days of receipt will qualify for store credit only.

Shipping Information:
We ship our orders within 24 hours, unless we are temporarily out of stock, in which case, we will notify you immediately, via e-mail.
We use UPS Ground Services which normally take from 2-14 days (including order processing), depending on destination.  We are only shipping within the 48 contiguous United States of America at this time. UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses.  Orders sent to PO Boxes are sent via USPS Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation and may take longer to arrive.

You may cancel your order before it ships by calling 305-582-8379, however, once the order has been shipped out, we cannot accept any cancellations.

We also offer home delivery for the Miami-Dade County area.  If your order requires this type of service, please specify this in the comments box when you place your order.  The cost of this service is $10.00.



Sales Tax:
Florida law requires that a sales tax be added on all orders delivered within the state.  There are no sales tax for orders delivered outside the state of Florida.
